Generic GPS

OK after doing some digging, it looks like I might be able to reconfigure my MediaTek MT3329 (GTPA010) GPS module to work with the Rabbit by soldering a USB cable directly to D-,D+,Vcc and Gnd pins on it . Then D/L the USB drivers and MiniGPS tool to reconfigure the baud rate and other settings.

Please verify the modul technical gps settings: serial baud rate (4800/9600…), 8/n/1, NMEA sentences ($GP***)…
