Send products only (keeping retail boxes) is what we have under «Keep original packages». In this case, we always keep retail boxes.

Remove original packages« option is what you call «Send products only (retail package removed if convenient)». If possible, we remove retail package (shoe boxes), but we keep them for the small and fragile items (cell phones, electronics, etc.)

our standard consolidation boxes are 26»x13«x13», if the products will not fit into this box, we will not be able to consolidate. You will be charged consolidation fee only if we are able to consolidate.
